We understand that walking into a fitness center can be intimidating. Let us help you! During a fitness orientation, you will learn how to use the cardio and/or strength equipment to benefit your health and well-being. You will be shown how to set the appropriate adjustments and find the right amount of weight, leaving this orientation more comfortable and confident in the use of the fitness center. This orientation is perfect for people who have not been members at a gym before or are unsure how to use certain pieces of equipment. Ask a staff member at the Fitness Desk to receive a free orientation.
Ages 10 – 15 years old are allowed in the Fitness Center but must complete a fitness orientation and obtain a parent/guardian signature. Ages 9 and under are not allowed in the fitness center.
