Statement Regarding Centre Child Care
Last August there was an incident in Kids Kove, our temporary babysitting service, that we offer to allow parents to use while in our facilities. In order to address any concerns that you may have please review the following statement of facts.
The incident that occurred in August 2023 was investigated in August 2023 independently by The Centre, the New Richmond Police Department, and the St. Croix County Child Protective Services and no further action was deemed necessary.
The Centre is a fully licensed facility, as required by law, and we are committed to the safety of all our members and take any situation involving any member and in particular children with the highest degree of concern. The Centre will continue to provide appropriate training to assure that our staff is up to date on the latest and best practices to continue to provide for the safety and security of all children, members, and staff. This commitment will continue.
