This challenge will help you get a jump start on keeping you in shape during the holiday season. Each week you will be sent a workout that will help you continue to burn calories while heading into the holiday season.

12 Days of Fitness

Keeping the gym habit during the holidays is one of the hardest things to do but a 12-day fitness challenge could be the perfect solution for staying engaged. This challenge is relatively short, just two weeks, but just enough to keep your habit going. We’ll have a new workout every day including arms, legs, core, and total body.

Age: 10+ years old

Best Year Ever

Get motivated and stay motivated this year with a new challenge every month. At the beginning of each month, a challenge will be emailed to you that will keep you on track, motivated, and excited by giving you daily instructions on what you need to do each day. Each challenge will be a progressive workout starting at your current fitness level and gradually increasing to help you reach your true potential and results. Challenges will help shape, strengthen, and tone various areas.

Age:  18+ years old
Date: January - December 2022
Cost:  FREE for Centre Members
Registration Deadline: Friday, December 24

 

Biggest Loser

Take the challenge to be the Centre’s next biggest loser! Initial weigh in will be done the first week to obtain your beginning weight. Throughout the 8 weeks, the Centre will provide weekly workouts to keep you on track. The participants (one male and one female) who lose the largest percentage of body weight will receive a Centre prize package.

Minimum/Maximum participants: 12/200

 

Crazy Core Challenge

Challenge your core all month long with a variety of different exercises! We will work on anti-rotation, anti-flexion, and anti-extension movements for a rock solid core!

Age:   10+ years old
Date: March 1 - 30
Cost:  FREE for Centre Members
Registration Deadline: Friday, February 25
