1000/500 lb Club

Think you can lift a total of 1000 pounds between a squat, bench, and deadlift? For the males, squat, bench, and deadlift for the goal of reaching 1000 pounds total. For the females, squat, bench, and deadlift for the goal of reaching 500 pounds total. So bench, squat, and deadlift your way to the 1000/500 lb Club! Schedule a day to max out with a trainer and see if you can reach your goal and be featured on our 1000/500 lb club board in the fitness hallway!
