1000/500 lb Club

Think you can lift a total of 1000/500 pounds between 3 different lifts? We will add together your total weight from all 3 lifts. So bench, squat, and deadlift your way to the 1000/500 lb Club! Schedule a day during the week of June 3 - 7 to Max Out with a trainer and see if you can reach your goal and be featured on our 1000/500 pound club board in the fitness hallway!

Lazyman Triathlon

This personal challenge will push you to complete an entire Ironman Triathlon (swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles) over the course of a month. Using a variety of fitness equipment, group fitness classes, or even spending time outdoors, you will complete a full triathlon! Grab some friends and make it a competition!

Strong Human Competition

See if you can be the winner of the annual Strong Human Competition! Strength will be tested in a truck pull (timed), tire flips (number of flips in one minute), Medicine Ball Toss (three balls over a 12 foot rope, timed), Bench Press (reps in one minute), and Farmers Walk (timed distance). We will have a Men’s and a Women’s division.
