Welcome to Wellness Package

Welcome to the Centre! This package sets you up 1 on 1 with Centre personal trainer, Kayla. With this welcome package you will receive an individualized orientation in the fitness center,1 fitness assessment, 1 30 minute personal training sessions, and 1 nutrition consultation. All this, with the goal of easing you into the fitness groove and setting you up to be successful on your wellness journey.

1000 Minute Club

The goal of this challenge is pretty simple! Exercise for 1,000 minutes! If you can get 1,000 minutes of physical activity in at the Centre in the month of December, you will be entered into a drawing for a free personal training session!

1000/500 lb Club

Think you can lift a total of 1000 pounds between 3 different lifts? We will add together your total weight from all 3 lifts. So bench, squat, and deadlift your way to the 1000 pound club! Schedule a day during the week of December 3-7 to Max Out with a trainer and see if you can reach your goal and be featured on our 1,000 pound club board in the fitness hallway! If you get into the club, you will have the option to purchase a t-shirt for $5.00.

Biggest Loser 2019

Take the challenge to be the Centre’s next biggest loser! Initial weigh in, body composition, measurements, and assessments will be done January 2 - 7 to obtain your beginning parameters. Throughout the 12 weeks, the Centre will provide weekly workouts, weekly wellness tips, and motivation to keep you on track. Complete the weekly workouts for your chance to win great prizes. The participants (one male, one female, and one couple) who lose the largest percentage of body weight will receive 4 30-minute personal training sessions ($136 total value) with a Centre Personal Trainer. Final weigh in will take place March 18 – March 22.

Centre Weightlosers Small Group Training

This eight week small-group weight loss program meets two times a week with Personal Training Manager, Kayla Bertram. The program provides 45 minute workouts and nutritional guidance to keep you on track with your peers who are determined to achieve the same goal: weight loss! Initial weigh in, body composition, measurements, and cardio sub max assessments will be conducted. Complete the weekly challenges for your chance to win the overall prize based on participation points. All fitness levels welcome.

How fast can you row? This fitness center challenge features the row machine. Get on and see how fast you can row 500 meters. Try as many times as you want throughout the month and see if you can get your name on top of the leader board.

Stress Management and Relaxation Techniques

Stressed from work, family, or school or have the post holiday blues? No worries! Take this stress management and relaxation techniques class and learn about healthy ways to deal with your stress. You will leave class with a full toolbox to use in those stressful situations!

Walk at the Centre

Cold temperatures and blowing snow are a given where we live.  So when it's too cold to take your regular walk outside, head to the Centre!  From October through March, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, the Centre gymnasium is a warm and FREE place to walk.

All are welcome, we just need you to fill out a day pass form and we'll give you a wristband to come in and walk.  So bring a friend and bring your walking shoes, we guarantee it will always be above freezing at the Centre.  For additional information contact the Centre at 715-246-2252.
