Biggest Loser

Take the challenge to be the Centre’s next biggest loser! Initial weigh in will be done the first week to obtain your beginning weight. Throughout the 8 weeks, the Centre will provide weekly workouts to keep you on track. The participants (one male and one female) who lose the largest percentage of body weight will receive Centre gear.

January: Fit & Trim

Kick off 2024 with a Fit & Trim challenge. With a combination of squats, planks, pushups, and jumping jacks, you’ll be feeling good by the end of January!

Nutrition Challenge

Need a little boost to get started on eating healthier? Sign up for the nutrition challenge! We will take you through 6 weeks of healthy eating challenges to get you on the right path. Turn in your completed challenge for a chance to win a free nutrition consultation! Earn 100 Member Rewards points for completing this challenge!
