12 Days of Fitness

Keeping the gym habit during the holidays is one of the hardest
things to do but a 12-day fitness challenge could be the perfect
solution for staying engaged. This challenge is relatively short,
just two weeks, but just enough to keep your habit going. We’ll
have a new workout every day including arms, legs, core, and
total body.

Age: 10+ years old
Date: December 1 - 12
Cost: Free for Centre Members
Registration deadline: Friday, November 26


Facility Hours:

  May - September October - April
Monday - Friday 4:45 AM - 8:00 PM 4:45 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday      6:00 AM - 6:00 PM      6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Program areas close 15 minutes prior to the Centre closing.
