Dodgeball Night at the Centre

We’re calling all fans of dodgeball to the Centre fun a night of smashing fun! Join in for some or all of our dodgeball games hosted throughout the night. We’ll play traditional dodgeball, trench, revenge, free for all, and elimination. Take a break part way through to eat some pizza or to purchase something from the concession stand.

Age: 4th – 8th graders

Hook, Line, & Sinker

Filled with exploration and environmental education, we’ll focus on fishing at various locations in the local area. Campers learn basic fishing skills while practicing the catch-and-release method. Campers will participate in hands-on outdoor games, learn how to age fish, and knot tying.

What to bring:
Appropriate clothing for outdoor play
Water bottle
Bug spray
Fishing pole and tackle

Junior Rangers 

Campers will spend four days visiting parks in the local area including: Willow River State Park, Wisconsin Interstate State Park, and Kinnickinnic State Park. Camp will include 1-2 mile interpretive hikes and environmental education programming to get a hands-on experience with nature.

What to bring:
Non-perishable, disposable lunch and beverage
Appropriate clothing for outdoor hikes and play
Water bottle
Bug spray

Out on the Farm

Join us for a week of wholesome fun at Threshing Table Farm, Future Farm Grown, and the SOAR Center! Kids working on the farm will explore gardens, fields, and pastures. Campers will experience the daily routines of caring for farm animals and how different local farms operate. Campers discover how plants, animals, soil, and people work together to produce the food that we eat every day. Plus, they’ll learn what it means to be a good steward in this unique farming hands-on work experience.
