Fitness on Demand

Fitness on Demand is the best way to offer group fitness on request, whenever you choose! If we don’t offer classes the time you workout, Fitness on Demand gives you options to try classes on your own, with a friend, or another member. With just a touch of a button, you can choose from nearly 100 fun and exciting exercise videos including kickboxing, dance, cycling, yoga, and more.

Cost: FREE for Centre Members, $10.00 for Community Participants per day
