Fitness on Demand

Fitness on Demand is the best way to take a group fitness class whenever you choose! If we don’t offer classes the time you workout, Fitness on Demand gives you options to try classes on your own, with a friend, or another member. With just a touch of a button, you can choose from nearly 100 fun and exciting exercise videos including kickboxing, dance, cycling, yoga, and more.

Cost: FREE for Centre Members
         $10.00 for Community Participants per day

Program areas close 15 minutes prior to the facility closing

Monday - Thursday      4:45 AM - 10:00 PM        4:45 AM - 9:00 PM
Friday 4:45 AM - 9:00 PM 4:45 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
