Fitness Center

Our fitness center offers a wide variety of options for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.  We have two group fitness studios with over 50 class options, a cross training studio, a cardio room, and a weight room.

If you are new to fitness or any of the equipment, we offer free fitness orientations.  There's no such thing as a dumb question, our fitness desk staff can walk you through each and every machine we have!

Weight Room

Our weight room features many pieces of equipment suitable for everyone, beginner to advanced.

Selectorized Weight Equipment

  • Our Lifetime weight machines are designed to strengthen a specific muscle group by moving in a single direction on a fixed plane of motion. These machines are popular for our beginners, but also have advantages to even the most advanced weight lifters. Just select your weight and begin!

Squat Racks

  • We have a total of 4 stations you can choose from to do a variety of exercises including squats and bench press. One of those stations can be used as a Smith Machine, which is a bar that moves in a fixed up and down motion and serves as a spotter if you need it.

Power Lifting Space

  • There is an open floor space in front of a mirror with an array of bumper plates to do various lifts with such as power cleans, snatches, deadlifts, etc.

Cross Training Room

Cross Training Rig

  • Our rig can be used for a wide variety of exercises including similar things you would do on a squat rack as well as pull ups and monkey bars. We also attach TRX suspension trainers to it.

Other equipment includes:

  • Kettlebells

  • Bumper Plates
  • Cable Cross Machine
  • Battle Rope
  • Soft Plyo Boxes
  • Slam Balls
  • Medicine Balls
  • Stretching Mats
  • TRX suspension trainers

This room can also be used as space for stretching, foam rolling, and jump roping among various other activities. Our personal trainers also frequently use this room to work with members.
