Hot Tub Closed:

• The hot tub is closed for unexpected repairs.  We will post updates here and on Facebook.

Class Changes:

• Cardio Kickboxing will be held instead of Turbokick on Tuesday, January 19 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• WAR 22 (martial arts virtual class) will be held instead of Turbokick via Fitness on Demand on Thursday, January 21 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Zumba will be held instead of Turbokick on Thursday, January 21 from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Face Coverings Required:

• No entry will be allowed without a mask for all members and guests ages 5 and older.
• Exceptions:
• eating or drinking
• in the water
• engaged in vigorous exercise & maintain 6 feet social distance
• If you do not meet any of these exceptions, you will be required to wear a mask.  If you do not have a mask, you will be given a disposable mask to wear or asked to end your visit to the Centre.

Centre Reopen Phase 2:

• Hours of operation:
• Monday - Friday 4:45 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Kids Kove is open:
• Maxiumum capacity of 15 children for up to 1.25 hours
• Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:45 PM
• Saturday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
