1000/500lb Club

Sep 10th - All Day

Think you can lift a total of 1000 pounds between 3 different lifts? We will add together your total weight from all 3 lifts. For the males, squat, bench, and deadlift for the goal of reaching 1000 pounds total between the lifts. For the females, squat, bench, and deadlift for the goal of reaching 500 pounds total between the lifts. So bench, squat, and deadlift your way to the 1000/500lb Club! Schedule a day during the week to Max Out with a trainer and see if you can reach your goal and be featured on our 1000/500lb Club board in the fitness hallway! Get a FREE T-shirt if you make it into the club!
